MY PROGRAM

I can help you by using the only method that has been proven to work: A BALANCED, CONTROLLED CALORIE DIET IN CONJUNCTION WITH A REGULAR EXERCISE ROUTINE THAT FIT YOUR NEEDS.

Following is a general description of what you might expect at a training session. Once we meet, I will design a personalized fitness program based on your individual goals and your current fitness level. I will make sure you exercise correctly and consistently so you get results FAST

Aerobic Activity. Some form of aerobic (stair climbing, jogging, rope jumping, fast walking, biking) at least three times a week (four is better). Each session should at least last 30-35 minutes. Le’ts say you meet me twice a week, you will have to do two sessions on your own.

Strength training using any form Calisthenics (push-up and crunches) , Free weights, Machines, Tubing and Bands

  • to develop your functional strength
  • to increase your metabolism
  • to help maintain your bone density
  • to give your body a great tone and look

Flexibility and balance, which is practicing streching techniquess, yoga pauses and pilates (core and abs).

Circuit training. This is a great way to workout efficiently when you are with a group of people with different needs and fitness levels. Everyone adjusts to their own level.
